Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana tingkat burnout akademik pada maha-siswa jurusan psikologi di Universitas Negeri Padang. Partisipan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 83 orang mahasiswa jurusan psikologi Universitas Negeri Padang. Partisipan mengisi kuisioner secara online melalui google form yang dibagikan melalui link pada media sosial seperti whatsapp, facebook, dan discord. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pada keseluruhan partisipan (81.9%) memiliki tingkat burnout akademik pada kategori sedang. Dari keseluruhan partisipan sebanyak 45.8% mengalami kelelahan emosional, 34.9% mengalami depersonalisasi, dan 62.7% mengalami penurunan efikasi pencapaian akade-mik. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa mahasiswa psikologi di Universtas Negeri Padang memiliki tingkat burnout akademik pada kategori sedang. Untuk hasil lebih lengkapnya te-lah didiskusikan pada bagian hasil pembahasan.
